This Privacy Policy describes how Visiofy ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our mobile application and services. Please also review our Terms of Use which govern your use of our services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you:

• Create an account
• Generate videos using our AI service
• Contact us for support
• Make purchases through our app

The types of information we may collect include:

• Account information (email address, username)
• Content you create or provide for video generation, including prompts, video descriptions, uploaded image inputs, and generated videos
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
• Device information and usage data

AI Processing, User Photos, and Face Data

Visiofy - AI Photo to Video allows users to voluntarily select or upload photos, including photos that may contain faces, for the purpose of generating AI videos.

When a user chooses to generate a video, the selected photo or image input is sent to Replicate, our third-party AI service provider, solely for the purpose of processing the user’s requested AI video generation.

Before the selected photo is sent to Replicate, Visiofy displays an AI Processing Notice and asks for the user’s permission. If the user does not provide permission, the selected photo is not sent to the third-party AI service and video generation does not proceed.

We do not use uploaded photos or face data for face recognition, biometric identification, identity verification, authentication, face matching, tracking, advertising, analytics, or user profiling.

We do not separately collect, extract, identify, store, or create face templates, face geometry, biometric identifiers, or face profiles from user photos. Any face that appears in a user-provided photo is processed only as part of the image input submitted by the user for AI video generation.

Visiofy does not sell user data, uploaded photos, or face data. We do not share uploaded photos or face data with third parties for advertising, analytics, profiling, resale, or any purpose unrelated to the requested video generation.

Visiofy does not retain uploaded photos after generation is completed. User-provided image inputs are processed temporarily only for the purpose of generating the requested video.

Generated videos may be made available to the user after processing, but Visiofy does not maintain a separate database of uploaded photos, face data, biometric data, face templates, or face profiles.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your video generation requests, including by sending user-provided image inputs to our AI service provider when necessary
• Handle billing and payments
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our services

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except:

• With your explicit consent
• To service providers who assist us in operating our app
• When required by law or to protect our rights
• In connection with a business transfer or sale

For AI video generation, user-selected photos or image inputs are shared with Replicate, our third-party AI service provider, only as necessary to complete the user’s requested video generation. We do not share uploaded photos, face data, or image inputs with third parties for advertising, analytics, profiling, resale, or unrelated purposes.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

User-provided image inputs, including images that may contain faces, are processed temporarily only for AI video generation and are deleted automatically after the video generation process is completed. We do not retain face data, biometric identifiers, face templates, or face profiles.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access your personal information

• The right to object to certain processing

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
